Wewod ("we," "us," "our") operates the Wewod mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Information We Collect

Personal Data

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the App, or otherwise when you contact us. This information may include:

  • Username, email address, password, profile picture, profile description, age and gender.
  • IP Location data: IP addresses are collected and location is inferred based on IP location.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our App, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

In-App Purchases

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases made via Google Play and the Apple App Store. RevenueCat collects purchase information to facilitate and verify transactions. For more information, please review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Login Information

Users can log in to our App using Google, Apple, or email/password. When you choose to log in via Google or Apple, we collect the information that you have agreed to share through these services.

Data Collection and Usage with Datadog

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect. We will use this information in our legitimate interests, where we have considered these are not overridden by your rights:

We comply with CalOPPA by providing a conspicuous link to this Privacy Policy on our homepage or the first significant page after entering our App. Users can visit our App anonymously. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word "Privacy" and can be easily found within the App.

Do Not Track Signals

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a Do Not Track signal to websites and other online services you visit. We do not alter our practices when we receive a Do Not Track signal from a visitor’s browser because we do not track our visitors to provide targeted advertising.
